These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WaveLance Workshop website, courses, and related services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Keep your credentials confidential and let us know if you suspect unauthorized access.

Purchases

When you buy a course, you agree to pay the listed price and applicable taxes. Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store full payment details.

License to Content

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access purchased content for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share course materials.

Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with a Video Course within 14 days of purchase and have watched less than 30% of its duration, contact us for a review. Live Cohorts and Workshops may have different policies due to limited seats.

Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or bypass access controls.
• Do not upload harmful code or engage in abusive behavior toward instructors or learners.
• Respect intellectual property and community guidelines.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WaveLance Workshop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the course giving rise to the claim.

Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. If unresolved, disputes will be handled under the laws of your jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Services. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
