Start with “Flat-Pack Foundations.” It focuses on safe tool use, parts layout, and clear sequences before you move to taller or wall-mounted projects.

Do you offer refunds?

Video Courses are eligible for review within 14 days if you’ve watched less than 30%. Live Cohorts and Workshops may differ due to limited seats. See Terms.

Are wall-mount lessons safe for apartments?

Yes. We teach non-destructive methods where possible and clear guidance on finding studs, using appropriate anchors, and avoiding hidden services.

Do I receive a certificate after finishing a course?

You receive a digital certificate of completion that you can share with clients or employers as proof of training.

Which tools do I need to begin?

A compact kit: screwdriver set, drill/driver with clutch, hex keys, soft mallet, level, tape measure, painter’s tape, and floor protection.

How do Live Cohorts work across time zones?

We run cohorts with recorded sessions and flexible Q&A windows so you can participate from most regions. Schedules are posted in the Catalog.

How long do I keep access to materials?

You retain personal access to purchased Video Courses for at least 12 months. Live Cohorts and Workshops may provide downloadable materials for personal use.

Can I ask instructors specific questions about my space?

Yes. Use the Contact page to describe your setup. We respond with suggestions or point you to the most relevant lesson.

What if a course is too easy or too hard?

Use our recommendations in the Home and Catalog. Switch levels anytime — your learning should feel challenging but not overwhelming.
